Policies and Procedures

1. Confidentiality Policy

1.1 All information provided by the client during the consulting process will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s consent.

2. Conflict of Interest Policy

2.1 Consultants must disclose any potential conflicts of interest before entering into an agreement with a client.

2.2 Consultants must avoid situations where their personal or financial interests conflict with the best interests of the client.

3. Quality Assurance Policy

3.1 The firm commits to providing high-quality consulting services that meet or exceed client expectations.

3.2 Regular feedback will be sought from clients to ensure continuous improvement.

4. Data Protection Policy

4.1 The firm will comply with all relevant data protection laws and regulations.

4.2 Client data will be stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel.

5. Payment and Billing Policy

5.1 Invoices will be issued upon completion of milestones and due upon receipt.

5.2 Late payments (over 15 days) may incur interest charges.

6. Intellectual Property Policy

6.1 All intellectual property rights in the materials created by the firm in the course of providing the Services shall remain the property of the firm.

6.2 Clients shall have a license to use the deliverables for their internal business purposes.

7. Professional Conduct Policy

7.1 Consultants are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

7.2 Any form of discrimination, harassment, or unethical behavior will not be tolerated.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

8.1 Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of meetings.

8.2 The firm reserves the right to charge a fee (based on the consultant’s standard hourly rate of $200/hr) for cancellations made with less notice. 

9. Travel and Expense Policy

9.1 Travel and other out-of-pocket expenses incurred while providing services will be reimbursed by the client.

9.2 Consultants must provide receipts for all expenses claimed.

10. Use of Subcontractors Policy

10.1 The firm may use subcontractors to provide some or all of the Services.

10.2 The firm will ensure that any subcontractors used will meet the same standards of service and confidentiality.
